Initial Review

Start by telling us about the manufactured home, its location, and why approval may be needed. In many cases, the first step is confirming whether the home already has proper certification or whether further electrical review is required.

2

Electrical Inspection & Testing

If a site visit is needed, O’Connor Electrical can inspect accessible electrical systems, review the panel and service equipment, identify visible deficiencies, and complete required electrical testing where applicable.

3

Repairs & Support

If electrical deficiencies are found, we can provide repair work, permit support, and documentation to help move the Silver Label or approval process forward.

4

Pricing

Silver Label work is not a flat visual inspection. Each manufactured home is different, and some inspections require circuit isolation, electrical testing, deficiency repairs, and permit documentation.

After the intake review, O’Connor Electrical will confirm the cost of the site visit or next step before proceeding. Permit fees, repairs, materials, and return visits are additional unless specifically included in the quote.
